About Your New Job as a Health & Safety Advisor
- As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will develop and maintain H&S policies, procedures, and management systems.
- You will ensure compliance with Construction H&S legislation and industry standards, driving best practices across multiple sites.
- Conduct risk assessments and safe systems of work (RAMS) to ensure the safety of all operations.
- You will drive a positive safety culture across both office and site operations, influencing senior leaders, project managers, and site teams.
- Perform site inspections and audits as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide regular H&S reporting and guidance to senior management, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
What Skills You Need
- Extensive H&S experience within the Construction sector.
- NEBOSH (Construction preferred).
- Strong influencing, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance compliance with operational and commercial needs.
