About Your New Job as a Health & Safety Advisor

  • As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across all fitout projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver health and safety training programs to staff and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with project managers to integrate health and safety considerations into project planning and execution.
  • Maintain and update health and safety documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.

What Skills You Need for this Health & Safety role

  • 3-4 years experience in a health and safety role within the fitout or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and their application in a construction environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of staff and subcontractors.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).

Benefits

Successful applicants will receive an excellent starting salary of up €60,000 which will be paid monthly.
