Reporting to the Managing Director and CEO, this role ensures the successful definition and execution of the company’s strategy in a collaborative manner across the organisation, delivering positive and effective impact for the business.

About Your New Job
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and CEO to translate business strategy into actionable programs and projects.
- Ensure strategic alignment across all initiatives to drive the delivery of 2030 goals.
- Establish and maintain robust program management frameworks, processes, and best practices.
- Oversee the portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery.
- Lead digital and automation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress against business targets and strategic goals.
- Prepare and present regular updates for the SLT, highlighting status, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment, identify barriers, and develop solutions.
- Act as a key liaison between business units, project teams, and senior management.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Encourage, support, and initiate change management efforts, especially relating to digital transformation and automation.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (8+ years) in program/project management, within industrial, engineering, or MRO sectors. Experience leading PMO functions and managing teams.
- Demonstrated track record of supporting executive leadership in strategy development and execution. Expertise in digital transformation and/or automation projects is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
