Reporting to the Managing Director and CEO, this role ensures the successful definition and execution of the company’s strategy in a collaborative manner across the organisation, delivering positive and effective impact for the business.

This is a permanent job based onsite with a world-class company in the aviation sector. 

About Your New Job

  • Work with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and CEO to translate business strategy into actionable programs and projects.
  • Ensure strategic alignment across all initiatives to drive the delivery of 2030 goals.
  • Establish and maintain robust program management frameworks, processes, and best practices.
  • Oversee the portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery.
  • Lead digital and automation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress against business targets and strategic goals.
  • Prepare and present regular updates for the SLT, highlighting status, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment, identify barriers, and develop solutions.
  • Act as a key liaison between business units, project teams, and senior management.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Encourage, support, and initiate change management efforts, especially relating to digital transformation and automation.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in program/project management, within industrial, engineering, or MRO sectors. Experience leading PMO functions and managing teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of supporting executive leadership in strategy development and execution. Expertise in digital transformation and/or automation projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
