About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing & Digital Performance to join their Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing and digital strategy that drives brand growth, customer acquisition, retention, and digital performance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing and digital strategy to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
• Lead digital marketing performance.
• Drive customer engagement and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate commercial results.
• Monitor marketing and digital KPIs, analytics, and ROI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing team while managing external agency relationships and budgets.
• Lead creative marketing activity to grow our market position through omni-channel growth.

Requirements

• Third level Marketing/Digital Degree or Business Degree with Marketing speciality.
• A proven track record in a similar role.
• Experience managing substantial marketing budgets.
• In-depth experience in managing brand growth.
• Creative and collaborative individual, with a strong capability to optimise opportunities for growth.
• Experience working within a regulated industry such as Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or a similar sector is desirable.
