About Your New Job
As the Head of Marketing, you will:
- Develop and execute the Group’s overall marketing and brand strategy in line with corporate goals.
- Lead and inspire a skilled marketing team to deliver campaigns boosting passenger numbers, route performance, and business growth.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement across all marketing activities.
- Manage marketing agency and partner relationships, shaping impactful collaborations.
- Develop and control annual marketing budgets aligned with the Group’s five-year strategic plan.
- Design and monitor robust marketing metrics, using insights to inform business decisions.
- Present recommendations to senior leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Support airline partners on route launches and engage with tourism and regional partners to grow inbound travel.
- Deploy digital innovation to enhance customer experience and maximise commercial performance, including non-aeronautical revenue streams.
What Skills You Need
- Third-level qualification in business, marketing, or substantial relevant experience.
- 10+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising or project/accounts management—3+ years at leadership level.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional marketing teams, delivering measurable business growth.
- Deep expertise in digital, social media, brand, PR, and direct marketing for corporate and consumer sectors.
- Strong analytical skills—experienced in leveraging qualitative/quantitative insights to shape successful campaigns.
- Outstanding communication, project management, and presentation skills.
- Creative flair and a positive, proactive attitude.
