About your new role
A large and well-established organisation is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to join its finance leadership team.
This is a senior opportunity for a Qualified Accountant with strong technical reporting experience, ideally gained in a complex multi-entity environment. The role offers broad exposure across group reporting, compliance, controls, stakeholder management and team leadership.
What will your new role involve:
- Lead group financial reporting across management, statutory and external reporting requirements
- Manage consolidations, month-end timetables and reporting delivery across multiple entities
- Oversee audit, compliance and financial governance across the group
- Maintain strong balance sheet control, reporting accuracy and review processes
- Support cashflow, funding and banking-related reporting requirements
- Drive process, systems and controls improvement across the reporting function
- Deliver clear reporting and insight to key internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and develop the financial reporting team
Is this you?
- Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Big 4 training is advantageous, but not essential
- Recent relevant experience in a multi entity company is essential for this role
- Proven experience in financial controls, process improvement and stakeholder management
