About Your New Job

As the Global Traffic Coordinator, you will:

  • Oversee all aspects of creative and communications project intake, workflow, and resource allocation for the creative department.
  • Manage project schedules from request to completion, ensuring adherence to company guidelines, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate communication across marketing, regional, and cross-functional teams in multiple time zones.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and become a power user of Smartsheet or similar project management platforms.
  • Serve as the central point for project coordination, removing roadblocks and supporting smooth execution across operations and internal teams.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor’s Level 7 degree in a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3+ years’ relevant experience, especially in project management operations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Fluency in English required.
