About Your New Job

As the Global Communications Manager, you will:

  • Take ownership of internal global communications, delivering corporate updates and CEO-level messaging to internal and field audiences.
  • Directly manage and develop communication governance, standards, and delivery frameworks, ensuring clarity and alignment across all regions.
  • Lead the global PR strategy and influencer/athlete programs by selecting and managing PR agencies, building awards strategies, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
  • Design and implement communication frameworks, templates, and tool kits, enabling effective regional execution while maintaining global standards.
  • Shape the evolution of our company podcast and content ecosystem, integrating it into broader communication streams and managing content calendars.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, offering clear guidance and governance to ensure messaging consistency and avoid overlap.
  • Produce monthly performance reports to continuously optimize communication and PR activities.

What Skills You Need for you new role as Communications Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in communications, content, or marketing, ideally with a multinational organization.
  • Proven expertise in managing global communications strategies, PR agencies, and influencer/athlete programs.
  • Advanced skills in simplifying complex information, building content ecosystems, and driving measurable outcomes across diverse channels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Fluent English is essential.
