About Your New Job

As the Brand Manager, you will:

  • Support the global launch of new products, ensuring assets and communications are coordinated accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain key product documentation, track launch preparations, and manage performance dashboards to consolidate data and provide critical insights.
  • Administer portfolio libraries, facilitate cross-departmental coordination, and ensure all product packaging, claims, and assets are governed in line with approved guidelines.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports to senior leadership, track KPIs, and monitor competitor performance.
  • Become a super user of the company Project Management Software, update procedures and SOPs, and participate in global meetings organised across multiple time zones.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in product marketing or management.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, project management tools (Smartsheet preferred), and analytics software.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and adaptability to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills and fluent English required.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% per year.
