Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement modern web applications aligned with coding standards and best practices
Collaborate within a high-functioning Agile/Scrum team to deliver high-quality software solutions
Contribute to building responsive, scalable, and reliable front-end architectures
Partner with QA teams to ensure product quality through testing and continuous improvement
Mentor junior team members and contribute to coding standards and best practices
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements across the development lifecycle
What Skills You Need
At least 6 years of software development experience, with Back-end experience with RESTful APIs or web services, and strong in Java with a focus on front-end/UI.
Minimum 2-3 years’ recent experience in client-side UI development with JavaScript libraries (such as jQuery), including hands-on AngularJS or Angular 2+/other MVC frameworks.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, and CSS preprocessors (e.g. SASS or Lint).
Deep understanding of fluid grids, cross-browser compatibility, web performance optimization, and accessible design.
Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum), unit and integration testing, and deployment scripts.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentorship skills.
