An Irish owned luxurious 5 Star Hotel set on 4 Acres located in Dublin South is looking to recruit an exceptional Food & Beverage Director to lead and inspire the entire Food & Beverage operation.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for creating memorable guest experiences while driving commercial success, operational excellence and an uncompromising commitment to luxury hospitality standards.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will oversee all food and beverage outlets, banqueting and events (both Indoor and Outdoor), room service, bars, restaurants, kitchens (in collaboration with the Executive Chef), and all associated support functions.
About Your Director of Food & Beverage Job:
- Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations to the highest luxury standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across all outlets.
- Drive revenue, profitability and achievement of departmental budgets.
- Lead, coach and develop departmental managers and teams.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver innovative food and beverage offerings.
- Ensure excellence in service, presentation, hygiene and health & safety compliance.
- Manage costs, productivity and operational performance through effective financial control.
- Support the sales team in maximising conference, events and private dining revenue.
- Maintain compliance with all food safety, licensing and company policies.
What Skills You Need for this Food & Beverage Director Job:
- At least 8 years' senior Food & Beverage management experience within a luxury four- or five-star hotel.
- Proven leadership of multiple outlets and large banqueting operations.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- A relevant Hospitality Management qualification (or equivalent).
- HACCP and Food Safety knowledge.
