My client is a leading manufacturing company known across Ireland. Due to continued growth and the award of larger residential development contracts, the business is expanding its contracts team. They are seeking an experienced professional to oversee on-site operations and coordinate installation works across a range of residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Travel to various locations nationwide- company car is provided.
About Your New Job
- Conduct site surveys in residential developments to verify dimensions, services, and site conditions, updating Cad drawings to reflect survey results and construction changes.
- Manage the handover process to the production and ordering team, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and plan installation sequences in line with construction programmes and site milestones.
- Oversee and support installation teams, ensuring quality standards, productivity, and adherence to project timelines.
- Act as the main contact for site teams, proactively resolving site issues, monitoring installation quality, maintaining records, and supporting programme updates and risk management.
What Skills You Need
- Experience in project or site management within interior fit-out or construction environments.
- Strong understanding of residential construction, including multi-unit housing and apartment developments.
- Skilled in conducting site surveys, interpreting construction and M&E drawings, and updating drawings using CAD software.
- Proven ability to coordinate manufacturing, delivery, and installation processes while managing multiple plots or project phases simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with commercial awareness and relevant certifications (Full driving licence, Safe Pass, Manual Handling, CSCS, First Aid).
