Our client is a leading Dublin-based Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, refurbishment, fit-out, and retrofit projects. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team.

About Your New Role

As Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all finishing trades and ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality standards prior to handover.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise finishing trades on site.
• Monitor quality and ensure all works are completed to specification.
• Manage snagging, de-snagging, and project handovers.
• Ensure works are completed in line with programme deadlines.
• Liaise with Site Management, subcontractors, and clients.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.

What You Will Need

• 3+ years' experience as a Finishing Foreman on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and quality control procedures.
• Proven experience managing snagging and project handovers.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to drive programme and quality standards on site.
• Full clean driving licence.
