About the Role
An established professional services firm is seeking a Financial Services Tax Manager to join its Dublin-based tax advisory team.
You will advise clients across the financial services, asset management, wealth management and investment funds sectors on Irish and international tax matters. Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial services tax advisory assignments from start to finish.
- Advise clients on Irish, international and cross-border tax issues.
- Support asset management, wealth management and investment fund clients.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Review technical work and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with tax, accounting and consulting specialists.
- Contribute to business development and client proposals.

What You Need
- A relevant tax or accounting qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in tax advisory, financial services tax or professional services.
- Knowledge of asset management, wealth management, investment funds or financial institutions.
- Strong technical, commercial and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence working with senior clients and multidisciplinary teams.
