Estimating Administrator, Dublin 22 - 5 days on site

About Your New Employer

  • One of Ireland’s leading Mechanical, Electrical & Maintenance Contracting Companies in Dublin who are established since 1999 with significant experience across various sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Healthcare, and large Commercial Projects are now looking to recruit an Estimating Administrator to support the team.

About Your New Job

  • Assist mechanical/electrical estimators in preparing cost estimates.
  • Ensure estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
  • Maintain estimating spreadsheets, databases, and pricing templates.
  • Track bid schedules, deadlines, and submission requirements.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to bids and estimates.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to the estimating department.

What Skills You Need

  • A relevant third level degree and/or a trade background and/or relevant experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience with estimating software and spreadsheet design.
  • Experience working in a mechanical & electrical contracting or estimating department.
