About Your New Job
As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Support the installation, commissioning, calibration, and validation of equipment.
- Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
- Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC power systems, PLCs, servo drive systems, and compressed air issues.
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to implement equipment modifications and process improvements.
What Skills You Need
- Working knowledge of PLCs, motor drives, and pneumatic components.
- Strong electromechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with industrial machinery.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and personal interaction skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.
- Commitment to product quality and continuous learning mindset.
- NFQ Level 6 degree or trades equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
