About Your New Job

  • Manage and continuously improve the maintenance of all internal equipment, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and safety.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive maintenance programs, minimizing equipment downtime and maximizing asset lifespan.
  • Lead troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and support installations to ensure equipment meets high standards.
  • Drive technical excellence—diagnosing and resolving issues, generating reports, and leading root cause analyses and process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and support operational goals, always ensuring industry-leading safety and compliance.

What Skills You Need

  • 3+ years’ experience in equipment maintenance management (ideally Med Device sector).
  • Level 8 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Strong experience with equipment troubleshooting and implementing preventive maintenance.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficiency with CMMS/maintenance management software.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
