About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a growing manufacturing environment, playing a key role in delivering complex HVAC engineering projects. You will manage projects from concept through to completion while supporting the development of strong engineering processes and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver HVAC engineering projects within a manufacturing environment, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget targets are achieved
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and quality to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation including risk assessments and progress reports
- Monitor project performance, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery targets
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and industry requirements
- Manage change control processes, assessing impact and ensuring effective implementation with minimal disruption
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, supporting Lean initiatives and embedding best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in project management within engineering or manufacturing (HVAC or similar environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline (PMP / PRINCE2 certification advantageous)
