This is an evening shift Monday to Thursday (4:15pm-2:45am)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide electrical breakdown support to production lines, ensuring all products meet the highest standards.
  • Complete and enhance Preventative Maintenance Procedures to support production efficiency.
  • Act as the main contact for electrical/pneumatic troubleshooting during the evening shift.
  • Collaborate with your team to resolve systemic equipment issues and deliver sustainable solutions.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Report directly to the Maintenance Manager while presenting and implementing process enhancements.
  • Oversee installation and modification of equipment and fixtures.
  • Foster effective communication of line issues, prioritize responses, and ensure timely solutions.

Essential Requirements & Qualifications

  • Electrical Trade Qualification (essential).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant industrial/manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in automation and troubleshooting PLC systems highly desirable.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve complex issues independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with OEE hardware/software and experience with Facilities Plant Equipment is an advantage.
