This is an evening shift Monday to Thursday (4:15pm-2:45am)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide electrical breakdown support to production lines, ensuring all products meet the highest standards.
- Complete and enhance Preventative Maintenance Procedures to support production efficiency.
- Act as the main contact for electrical/pneumatic troubleshooting during the evening shift.
- Collaborate with your team to resolve systemic equipment issues and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Report directly to the Maintenance Manager while presenting and implementing process enhancements.
- Oversee installation and modification of equipment and fixtures.
- Foster effective communication of line issues, prioritize responses, and ensure timely solutions.
Essential Requirements & Qualifications
- Electrical Trade Qualification (essential).
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant industrial/manufacturing experience.
- Experience in automation and troubleshooting PLC systems highly desirable.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to resolve complex issues independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with OEE hardware/software and experience with Facilities Plant Equipment is an advantage.
