Electrical Package Manager (Data Centres)

Headquartered in Dublin, our client is an engineering-focused organization that has established itself as a trusted name in the industry. With a commitment to innovation and teamwork, the company is currently managing multiple large-scale projects, representing over 500 MW of IT load. This role is based on-site in Helsinki, Finland, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team.

The Work

As the Electrical Package Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of electrical systems within mission-critical data centre construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing electrical systems from design coordination through installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Collaborating with Project Managers, consulting engineers, and client representatives to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Overseeing subcontractors and site teams, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
  • Coordinating project activities and managing costs related to the electrical package.
  • Maintaining day-to-day site operations and preparing weekly cost and progress reports.

The Person

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing electrical packages on large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience in delivering complex projects such as data centres, pharmaceutical, or industrial developments.
  • Strong skills in design and build project management and subcontractor coordination.
