About Your New Job
- As the EHS Advisor, you will maintain and develop the site EHS System in line with corporate and legal standards.
- You will lead risk assessments, site inspections, and EHS improvement projects, collaborating closely with operations, engineering, and quality departments.
- You’ll directly supervise site EHS activities, support the Site Safety Officer, and oversee safety inductions, toolbox talks, and on-site training initiatives.
- Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions across site operations.
- Drive continuous improvement by promoting EHS best practices and leading compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and relevant Irish safety regulations.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar EHS Advisor role.
- Third-level qualification in EHS is essential.
- Expertise in Irish EHS regulations and ISO standards (ISO 45001 & 14001).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (desirable).
- Strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
