About Your New Job

  • As the Environmental Health & Safety Manager, you will oversee and continuously develop the company's EHS management systems, ensuring alignment with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and waste-management regulations.
  • You will champion a positive safety culture throughout operational sites and business units, driving engagement and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Your responsibilities will include leading investigations into incidents, implementing corrective measures, and integrating industry best practices.
  • You will manage environmental compliance across waste collection, processing, and recycling operations, aiding sustainability objectives and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
  • In this role, you will serve as the EHS authority, offering expert guidance and support to management, operational teams, and other stakeholders.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum two years of experience in an EHS role.
  • Proven experience in Environmental Health & Safety management within regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards and EHS legislation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and EHS training.
  • Ability to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
