About Your New Job

As the Document Controller, you will:

  • Ensure all documentation is accurately maintained, updated, and accessible in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the quality assurance team by maintaining document control processes and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Work closely with various departments including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate the review and approval process for all controlled documents, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for improving document control processes and implement best practices.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar position: document control within medical device manufacturing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and software.
