The Work

As a Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Pre-Construction Manager to ensure all project documentation is meticulously managed and maintained. This office-based position requires dedication and precision, contributing significantly to the success of pre-construction activities.

  • Manage and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain efficient document control systems and processes.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing documents for pre-construction activities.
  • Ensure timely updates and revisions of documents.
  • Coordinate with project teams to uphold document control standards.
  • Support administrative tasks related to documentation.

The Person

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for document management and construction projects.

  • Relevant qualification in Document Control or a related field.
  • Previous experience with close out/commissioning/O&Ms would be beneficial.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
