Our client in Dublin City Centre have been operating for over 25 years in Dublin with a reputation for quality, building excellence, and customer service.  Their portfolio covers a range of project types, including residential, educational, commercial, industrial, retail, and healthcare. Remote working / hybrid / work from home is not available. 

About Your New Job

  • As Document Controller, you will play a crucial support role across various teams, including Operations, Site Support, Office Support, Business Management, Tenders, Health & Safety, and Sub-Contractors Document Control.
  • You will manage company administration, document control, systems, and procedures to high standards, ensuring the smooth running of company systems and driving efficiency and quality.
  • You will be a confident, proactive person with a can-do, super-organized attitude, possessing excellent problem-solving skills to get the job done.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in senior office administration.
  • Highly proficient with MS 365 (One Drive, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner, with high literacy levels and fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of Quality and/or H&S systems would be advantageous (but not essential).

  • Competitive Salary: €42k-€48k (subject to experience).
