About Your New Job as a Document Controller

As the Documentation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting M&E project delivery across three live handover sites (Limerick, Waterford, Cork). Under the guidance of the M&E lead, you will:

• Own the end-to-end documentation workflow, ensuring all subcontractor submissions (pressure tests, commissioning records, O&M packs, etc.) are complete and compliant.
• Organise and log all documentation using SharePoint and Broeker (project quality system), preparing packs for timely client issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve missing or non-compliant documentation; escalate as needed.
• Track and report status across multiple sites; follow up on snag lists, and provide daily updates to the M&E lead.
• Consistently apply EMS (Environmental Management System) and actively support company sustainability commitments.

What Skills You Need

• Engineering background (mechanical, electrical, building services, or construction, ideally in MEP/M&E commissioning documentation).
• Experience managing commissioning or handover documentation on construction or fit-out projects.
• Highly organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong communicator; comfortable liaising with subcontractors and project teams.
• Proficient with SharePoint and document management systems.
• Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision once trained.
