About Your New Job
- Lead Manufacturing Operations: Oversee all manufacturing output, including CNC machining, additive manufacturing, finishing, and clean-and-pack. Ensure production targets and on-time delivery commitments are met.
- Commission New Facility: Lead the commissioning of the new facility from shell to production, including equipment installation, process validation, staffing plans, and production transfer.
- Drive Efficiency: Develop strategic plans to commission and operationalize the new facility, optimizing organizational efficiency and building the processes to meet business goals.
What Skills You Need
- 5+ years in manufacturing operations leadership with direct accountability for output, team performance, and operational KPIs.
- Proven experience in high-precision, tight-tolerance environments such as orthopedic implants, aerospace, medical devices, or equivalent regulated manufacturing.
- Strategic Vision: A track record of scaling, commissioning equipment for facilities, and managing the complexity of rapid growth.
