Director of Operations – Property Management (6 month Fixed Term Contract)

About Your New Job

  • As Director of Operations, you will identify, assess, and mitigate both legacy and business-as-usual operational risks within the Property Management Department and broader organisation.
  • You will introduce and drive enhancements to maximise operational efficiencies and position the department for future growth.
  • You will review, optimise, and implement Property Management processes, workflows, and systems to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • You will develop and execute strategic plans to resolve legacy issues and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
  • You will play a key stakeholder role in supporting transformation projects and driving high standards of client service.

What Skills You Need

  • 10 or more years’ senior management experience within Ireland's Real Estate industry
  • Previous project management experience, with a track record in implementing policies, controls, and workflows.
  • Proven expertise in operational risk assessment, gap analysis, and delivering operational improvement projects.
  • Deep knowledge of statutory and contract obligations in Property Management (PSRA or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of facilities and contractor management, as well as Property Management accounting workflows.
