About Your New Job

As the Marketing Executive, you will:

  • Develop, execute, and measure our annual marketing plan with leadership, tracking KPIs for brand awareness and sales pipeline growth.
  • Conduct market research on opportunities, customers and competitors, and update commercial teams on key findings.
  • Manage campaign budgets, oversee purchasing, and secure grants and funding support (e.g. Enterprise Ireland).
  • Create compelling brand assets for online and offline channels, such as sales materials, digital campaigns, presentations, videos, case studies and more.
  • Manage and monitor social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X), and implement effective SEO/SEM strategies for the website.
  • Maintain the marketing customer database (CRM), ensuring integration with digital communications.
  • Lead PR/media relations, event management for major trade shows (e.g. OMTEC), and all aspects of launching new products and services through integrated campaigns.
  • Enhance internal communications, strengthen customer experience programmes, and host webinars to align the team and position as a thought leader.

What Skills You Need as Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role within a technical B2B environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Eye for design and detail, plus experience in integrated marketing campaigns and social media (especially LinkedIn).
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver successful trade show events.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and relationship management skills—must be a collaborative team player.
  • Agile and proactive—delivers results and seeks to break new ground.
  • Eligibility and willingness to travel for business (with suitable visa).
  • Desirable: Experience in Medical Devices/Life Sciences, CMS (WordPress), digital content creation (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro), and international trade show participation.
