About Your New Job

• As the Digital Marketing & Content Creator, you will be hands-on in both generating engaging content and managing our digital presence.
• You will plan, shoot, and edit video and photography at clinics, yards, events, and shows—capturing real-life stories of vets and our products in action.
• You will own our social media channels: plan the content calendar, publish posts, engage communities, monitor performance, and run modest paid social campaigns.
• You will ensure our technical and educational resources are consistently distributed across social media and email so veterinarians stay informed.
• You will treat social media as a lead funnel—capturing interest and passing qualified leads to the sales team while maintaining a consistent, on-brand look and feel.

What Skills You Need

• Genuine fluency in the equine or equestrian world—you understand your audience because you are part of it.
• Demonstrated social media and content creation skills: shooting and editing video/photo (even with your phone) with a portfolio or example channels.
• Hands-on familiarity with major social platforms and content performance.
• Excellent organisational skills; self-motivated and adept at working independently in a remote environment.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to create content.
• Good written English with a keen eye for branding and presentation.

Additional advantages:

• Experience with paid social media or email marketing tools.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva).
• Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, media, or equine sector (portfolio and skillset are more important than your degree).
