About Your New Job

  • As the Digital Experience Analyst, you will drive business impact by translating complex data into compelling, actionable insights that shape product and design decisions.
  • You will leverage digital analytics tools (notably FullStory) to analyze user behavior, uncover friction points, and identify new opportunities throughout the product journey.
  • You will collaborate closely with UX researchers, designers, and product teams to integrate behavioral analytics into broader research and product workflows.
  • You will develop, operationalize, and report on metrics and segments to measure performance, and help educate and enable others in analytics best practices.
  • You will use AI-powered tools and automation to accelerate insights and support research at scale, while ensuring compliance with data privacy and governance standards.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HCI, Psychology, Data Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7–10 years’ experience in digital experience analytics, ideally in enterprise/B2B software settings.
  • Strong experience with analytics platforms (especially FullStory), journey analysis, segmentation, and translating quantitative/behavioral data into product recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered research and analytics tools, data analysis programming (SQL, Python, R, etc.), and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong communicator, skilled in influencing stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What's on Offer

  • Office based Cork but can work fully remote.
  • 3-month contract approximately 30 hours/week, 4 days; flexibility on schedule.
  • Opportunity for contract extension or transition to permanent.
