About Your New Job

As the Development Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate administration and support processes to ensure smooth operation of the development department.
  • Assist with financial analysis, project viability, and coordinate funding applications for grants and loans.
  • Maintain project and department databases, milestone trackers, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with public sector partners and stakeholders regarding payments, project stages, and provide statutory reports.
  • Support the management of project risks and compile relevant reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and subcommittees, preparing meeting documentation, minutes, and servicing event requirements as needed.
  • Assist in procurement exercises, including tender assessments and procurement plan preparation.

What Skills You Need

  • QQI Level 7 in a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in a business environment supporting a busy team.
  • IPA Certificate or Professional Diploma in Housing Studies (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of the project lifecycle.
  • Previous experience in the housing sector.
  • Working knowledge of EU Procurement / OGP Guidance / CWMF.
  • Experience with preparing cash flows, economic appraisals, and financial monitoring.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of building/development processes and framework contracts.
