About Your New Job
- As the Quality Engineer II, you will represent the Design Assurance function within a PDP Project, indirectly reporting to the project’s quality lead.
- You will prepare test method validations, design verification and shelf-life protocols/reports.
- You will maintain expert knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for product design, development, transfer, and commercialisation.
- You will collaborate with multiple departments—internally and externally—to build strong and lasting partnerships.
- You will provide Quality input for new product development, process improvements, and change control.
- You will support cross-functional teams in designing protocols that ensure new products or changes are effectively evaluated and tested under standard requirements.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (Level 8 NFQ) in a technical discipline—such as Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, ideally within medical devices or a regulated environment.
- Independently productive; able to work with general supervision on large, moderately complex projects.
- Dynamic team player and leader with the ability to proactively contribute to cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in medical device product design and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to influence effectively.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
