An Irish owned luxurious 5 Star Hotel set on 4 Acres located in Dublin South is looking to recruit an experienced Hotel Business Development Manager to sell to corporate cliens.
This is a true business development role focused on creating new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and growing awareness of the hotel across key market segments. Working closely with the Group Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll play an important role in driving long-term commercial success.
About Your Hotel Business Development Manager Job:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, leisure and local markets.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, travel partners and local businesses.
- Conduct sales calls, networking events and client visits to generate new business.
- Represent this Hotel at industry events and trade shows.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to convert opportunities into revenue.
- Maintain an active pipeline and provide regular updates on business development activity.
- Promote the Hotel and it’s Collection as leading luxury hospitality brands.
What Skills You Need for this Business Development Manager Job:
- Proven experience in business development or sales with a strong record of generating new business.
- Hotel sales experience is essential, with an established Dublin network an advantage.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Commercially focused, self-motivated and proactive.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Flexible to travel for client meetings and industry events.
What’s on Offer
