Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their senior management team. About Your New Job

As Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for a portfolio of 3–5 live projects across Dublin and surrounding areas. The project portfolio will include high-rise residential developments valued between €20 million and €30 million, together with public sector fit-out and refurbishment projects.

You will play a key leadership role, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

About Your New Role

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and overseeing 3–5 concurrent construction projects.
  • Providing leadership and support to Project Managers, Site Managers, and project teams.
  • Monitoring project performance, budgets, programmes, and profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications.
  • Managing client relationships and acting as the senior point of contact throughout project delivery.
  • Reviewing and managing contracts, variations, claims, and commercial risks.
  • Leading project review meetings and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Overseeing procurement strategies and subcontractor performance.
  • Driving health and safety, quality, and environmental standards across all projects.
  • Supporting tender reviews, pre-construction planning, and business growth initiatives.

What You Will Need

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8–10 years' construction industry experience.
  • Previous experience as a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale residential developments, including multi-storey or high-rise projects.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial and contractual management skills.
