Due to continued growth, they are now seeking experienced Site Managers to oversee the delivery of major commercial fit-out projects throughout Dublin City Centre.

About Your New Job

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a large-scale, high-profile commercial fit-out project for a prestigious client in Dublin City Centre.

Working on projects valued in excess of €100 million, you will report directly to the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

You will manage site operations involving more than 100 direct and subcontracted personnel, coordinating multiple trades and specialist subcontractors while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of large-scale commercial fit-out projects.
• Coordinate and supervise all site activities, subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Manage and oversee upwards of 100 direct and subcontracted personnel on site.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Enforce health and safety procedures and ensure full compliance with company and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage site logistics, material deliveries and resource allocation to maintain programme targets.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Complete and maintain all site documentation, including daily reports, quality records and health and safety documentation.
• Mentor and support site teams, ensuring best practices are maintained throughout the project.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large-scale fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong track record managing commercial fit-out projects within a main contractor environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractor packages and managing large site teams.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant construction qualification, trade background or equivalent industry experience.
• Safe Pass, First Aid and other relevant site management certifications are desirable.
