I'm currently a Manager within the Construction team at Sigmar Recruitment, with 9+ years’ experience in construction recruitment, including 7 years specialising in permanent white-collar recruitment and 2.5 years on a high-volume blue-collar temporary desk. I also bring 7+ years’ experience in management and supervisory roles, giving me a strong understanding of the operational and commercial demands of the construction industry.

Throughout my career, I have partnered with some of Ireland and Europe’s leading building contractors, developers, data centre providers, and semi-state and public sector bodies. I work closely with clients and candidates to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions, from sourcing and screening through to interview management, offer negotiation, and successful placement.

My current team is made up of 7 consultants at Sigmar, covering Site & Project Management, Health & Safety, Surveying, Engineering, and all on-site Trades & Labour, allowing us to provide a comprehensive recruitment service across the construction sector.

Prior to entering recruitment, I qualified with an Honours Business Degree and gained experience in sales roles across retail and hospitality, developing strong commercial awareness, relationship-building skills, and a customer-focused approach.
