Site Manager – North Dublin (87 Units)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of an 87-unit residential development in North Dublin. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, coordination with contractors and consultants, and proactive problem-solving on-site.

About your new role 

  • Manage all on-site construction activities for an 87-unit residential development
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure compliance with project plans
  • Monitor progress, quality, health & safety, and cost control
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
  • Liaise with project management, design teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements

Requirements for role 

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or mixed-use developments
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, and building regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities simultaneously
  • Relevant third-level qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related discipline preferred
  • Experience with 50+ unit residential developments highly desirable
