About Your New Job

  • As the Project Administrator, you will manage drawing registers, technical submittals, and inspection reports between the site team, head office, and design consultants.
  • Ensure BCAR compliance by compiling and uploading certification and documentation into the Building Control Management System (BCMS).
  • Prepare detailed Safety Files for handover to clients and the PSDP at project completion.
  • Liaise with suppliers and the head office purchasing team to efficiently procure materials.

What Skills You Need

  • Proven experience in project administration within the construction industry.
  • Understanding of BCAR compliance and Building Control Management Systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
