Known for delivering high-quality, sustainable developments, the company operates with a collaborative and forward-thinking approach. With a focus on innovation, technical excellence, and long-term value creation, they offer an environment where professionals can take ownership and contribute meaningfully to project success.

About Your New Job

As Construction Manager, you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership in the planning, coordination, and delivery of development projects from early feasibility through to completion. This is a technically focused role suited to someone with a strong engineering or construction background who is looking to transition into the development side of the industry.

You will be responsible for reviewing engineering and architectural designs, coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered in a practical, buildable, and cost-effective manner. Acting as a central point of contact between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, you will oversee project progression through planning, procurement, detailed design, construction, and handover.

The role involves active engagement with local authorities, design teams, and contractors, alongside monitoring construction quality, programme delivery, and regulatory compliance. You will also contribute to commercial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and development appraisals, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

What You Will Need

  • A qualification in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or Building Services), Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
  • 5–10 years’ experience in engineering, project management, or development delivery within the Irish construction or property sector
  • Strong technical understanding of engineering design, infrastructure delivery, and construction methodologies
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams across design and delivery stages
  • Good working knowledge of Irish planning processes, building regulations, and BCAR compliance
  • Strong commercial awareness, including cost management and value engineering
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach with strong technical judgement and risk management capability

What You Will Get in Return

  • A competitive salary and benefits package reflective of experience
  • The opportunity to work on high-profile development projects across Dublin
  • Clear career progression within a growing and ambitious organisation
  • Exposure to the full development lifecycle, from feasibility through to delivery
  • A collaborative and professional working environment with strong leadership support
  • The chance to transition into and grow within the development side of the industry
