About Your New Job

  • As a Complaint Officer, you will independently manage and resolve both straightforward and complex customer complaints within regulatory guidelines.
  • You will investigate issues by thoroughly reviewing submissions, call recordings, provider records, and internal case notes.
  • You will objectively evaluate disputes, communicate decisions with empathy, and maintain accurate complaint records.
  • You will implement corrective actions, conduct root cause & trend analyses, and make recommendations for process improvements and training.
  • You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the department and company strategy.

What Skills You Need

  • APA accreditation is required; a CIP accreditation is an advantage.
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer experiences in a regulated environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases confidently and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
