About Your New Job

  • As a Clinical Lab Technician III, you will conduct a variety of technical procedures including preparing solutions and reagents, performing routine reactions, recording observations, and preparing data for evaluation.
  • You will support lab operations by stocking supplies, arranging/dismantling lab apparatus, and ensuring proper care of equipment and glassware.
  • Perform technical and record keeping duties, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards for quality and accuracy.
  • In addition, you may analyze compounds, manage corporate compound collections, and support activities in Production, R&D, QA, and Compliance/Environmental.
  • Troubleshooting and testing of electronic/mechanical components and systems is required, guided by schematics, diagrams, and clear technical documentation.
  • Take initiative in running minor projects, interpreting data, developing reports, and proposing process improvements.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to lower-level employees while managing your own technical workflow.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant laboratory or technician experience; vocational/technical education or certification is an advantage.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory operational systems, best practices, and technical procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and manage minor projects.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and provide workplace coaching.
  • Proficient with technical documentation, data analysis, and compliance with established standards.
