  • Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on site
  • Monitor project progress against programme, addressing any delays or issues proactively
  • Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow
  • Ensure correct interpretation and execution of technical drawings and plans
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to uphold high standards
  • Support cost control by managing site resources effectively and identifying potential saving

What You’ll need

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on Residential/ Groundworks Projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors on-site effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Relevant qualifications or trade qualifications (e.g., degree in construction management, SMSTS, First Aid) and a valid CSCS card are desirable.
