About Your New Job

  • As a Chartered Valuation Surveyor you will work with a highly experienced team on valuations across a wide range of commercial valuations, including healthcare, education, retail and office.
  • You will contribute to delivering industry-leading, fully rounded valuation services that are recognized for their high standard and reliability.
  • You’ll be empowered to provide strategic valuation and consultancy advice, manage client relationships, and support business development efforts.

What Skills You Need

  • At least 3 years’ post qualification experience in the commercial property sector.
  • SCSI and/or RICS qualification.
  • Strong practical experience conducting valuations and providing consultancy advice.
  • Technically adept, organized, and knowledgeable on key trends shaping the commercial property market.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven report writing ability.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as a dedicated team member.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to develop skills in Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer, and KEL valuation software (training provided).
  • Valid driver’s license and own car.
