Technical Support CAD Specialist
Our client, a leading provider of roofing, waterproofing and insulation solutions for the construction industry, is seeking a Technical Support CAD Specialist to join its technical team. This role offers a salary of €35,000–€40,000, depending on experience, and would suit someone with a background in AutoCAD, technical drawing and construction or engineering who is looking to develop their technical expertise within an established international business.

About Your New Job
As a Technical Support CAD Specialist, you will support the preparation of technical drawings and provide CAD assistance to the wider technical team, helping ensure that building systems and product specifications are accurately represented.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and amending 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Producing detailed drawings and layouts in line with project requirements.
Supporting the technical team with CAD documentation and drawing revisions.
Reviewing technical information to ensure drawings are accurate and consistent with specifications.
Assisting with technical queries relating to construction products and building systems.
Liaising with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure drawing requirements are met.
Maintaining organised drawing records and technical documentation.
What Skills You Need
At least one year's relevant experience in a CAD, technical drawing or technical support role.
Practical experience using 2D AutoCAD.
Experience working in a construction, engineering or building-products environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical information.
Good organisational and communication skills.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
A willingness to develop technical knowledge of construction products and building systems.
