About Your New Job as a Business Development Manager

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will identify, develop and secure new business opportunities. 
  • You will actively prospect and generate qualified leads to drive business growth and expand the customer base.
  • You will build and maintain long-term, strategic client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor in integrated security solutions.
  • You will be responsible for preparing tenders and proposals and will participate in commercial negotiations to secure key projects.

 

What Skills You Need to be the Business Development Manager

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sale in technology security solutions.
  • Proven track record of winning and developing new business
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure.

 

What’s on Offer

  • Base Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 + uncapped commission
  • Choice of company car or car allowance, plus a fuel card
  • 5% pension contribution
