About Your New Job
- Perform in-depth market analysis to uncover emerging markets, growth opportunities, industry trends, potential customers, partnerships, services, and products.
- Design, execute, and assess strategic business development initiatives. Deliver precise sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management and set key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of business development activities.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with key stakeholders and develop lasting customer relationships by thoroughly understanding their requirements.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment of company objectives and strategies.
What Skills You Need
- Proven track record in business development within the security, contract cleaning, or facilities management industries, with experience engaging a broad and diverse client base through both direct and indirect channels.
- Strong ability to analyse market insights and industry trends to inform strategic planning and drive data-led decision-making.
- Highly adaptable, with a willingness to travel across Europe and internationally as required by the role.
