About Your New Job
- Conduct market research to identify new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, services and products.
- Develop, implement and evaluate strategic business development plans. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to the senior management team and establish KPIs to measure success of business development initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business parters and stakeholders and build long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales and operations teams to align company goals and strategies.
What Skills You Need
- Proven business development manager level experience within security, contract cleaning or FM sectors, working direct/indirectly with multiple clients.
- Ability to analyse market data and trends to make informed business decisions.
- Willingness to travel within Europe or as needed.
