About Your New Job as Business Development Manager 

  • As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business development (60%) and nurturing existing accounts (40%).
  • You will build and maintain strategic relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, and decision makers within the construction sector.
  • You will proactively secure new business opportunities across the full hire product range, collaborating with internal teams to optimise cross-hire potential.
  • Your territory will cover Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, and Laois, with 70% of your focus on the Greater Dublin area.

What Skills You Need to be the Business Development Manager 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or business development within the construction sector.
  • Proven success with cold calling and generating business from construction sites.
  • Experience managing your own schedule and driving business independently.

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive base salary (€50-65k), with an uncapped OTE of €70-80k.
