About Your New Job as a Business Development Manager
- As the Business Development Manager, you will drive new business development (60%) and manage/grow existing accounts (40%).
- You will develop and maintain relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, and key decision makers within the construction sector.
- You will convert business across the full hire product range, working closely with internal teams to maximize cross-hire opportunities.
- You will cover a territory across Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, and Laois (70% Greater Dublin focus).
What Skills You Need to the Business Development Manager
- Minimum 5 years of sales/business development within the construction sector.
- Experience of cold calling into construction sites.
- Experience managing your own diary.

- €50-65k
- €70-80k OTE (Uncapped commission)
